History
With high hopes and big dreams, Veronica “Vicki” Bisceglia, opened RM Cutters in 2003 on Main Street in Jefferson, MA. Vicki’s passion for hair and people soon attracted a loyal following of clients and the shop grew with more employees, services, products, and more hours of availability.
In 2008, Vicki began looking for a larger space and moved to Val’s Plaza near the center of Holden, MA. Business continued to grow over the next five years and in 2013, RM Cutters moved to 788 Main Street in Holden, sandwiched between the “Pink Building” and the gas station. Ten years later, in 2023, RM Cutters moved to a larger location at 199 West Boylston Street in West Boylston, MA.
RM Cutters is a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon using Paul Mitchell products.
Additional products include Truss, Viral Color Deposit Shampoo, MVRCK by MITCH men’s hair products, and Lovewell Soaps.

My name is Vicki Bisceglia and I am the proud owner of RM Cutters. It’s been an honor and a blessing to serve so many people throughout the years. With the encouragement of our clients, we’ve refined our services and continue to explore new treatments and techniques.
RM Cutters has been described as warm, welcoming, witty, and a little sassy. We treat every person as an individual, looking at their specific needs and desires from a salon. We try not to take life too seriously and offer an escape from the stress and pressures of the world, while we make you look great!
And yes… Steve Perry autographed my arm and I had it permanently tattooed. Next time you stop in, just ask…I’ll tell you the whole story!

Oh hey! I’m Emily Gonçalves and I have a true passion for helping people feel like their most confident version of them self. I enjoy creative hair coloring, such as ombre and urban shock colors, and waxing services.
I also love to work with children and their families. I have been cutting and styling hair for over 10 years and love every minute of it.
